Synopsis: The T-virus unleashed by the evil Umbrella Corp. has spread to every corner of the globe, infesting the planet with zombies, demons and monsters. Alice (Milla Jovovich), a former Umbrella employee turned rogue warrior, joins her friends on a last-chance mission to storm the company's headquarters located deep underneath what used to be Raccoon City. But the Red Queen (Ever Anderson) knows that Alice is coming, and the final battle will determine if the rest of mankind lives or dies

I GIVE THIS MOVIE 7 OUT OF 10.

My Review:

This movie does a great job wrapping up the Resident Evil movie franchise (although it does leave it open for possible future movies). I liked that finally we get an answer to the question: why Alice? We learn about her "origins" so to speak and we learn about the reason behind the whole T-virus creation. Milla Jovovich still does an awesome job as Alice but the supporting cast, while full of potential for having memorable characters, really didn't do much. Also, I was disappointed that Albert Wesker's didn't do anything when he was such a cool character in past movies. Another thing I was disappointed with was the fact that I no longer feel scared when watching a Resident Evil movie. All the scares seem to be gone from this movie and it's more of a focus on T-virus monsters instead of zombies which was kind of disappointing. Overall, the threat seemed to be the Umbrella Corp itself rather than the infection.
