Synopsis:On Luce Price's first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school, her attention is captured by the strangely familiar Daniel Grigori. She soon discovers he is a fallen angel who has battled over her for centuries.

My Review:

This movie is based off the book series by Lauren Kate. I have read the series which I enjoyed and the movie stayed true to the backstory of the angels' fall and did a great job explaining it in the movie. However, that was really the only important thing they got right (as is the case with most book turned movies, the book was better). While I thought the casting choices were perfect (minus Cam) the acting was incredibly stiff and awkward.The plot didn't stay focused on scenes for very long and the entire movie just felt poorly done; as if there was the best intentions for the movie but they just didn't believe in what they were filming enough.
