Misreaves (a combination of miserary and to reave/to take)
beings that feed on the energy of emotions. They are divided into 2 factions: light and dark. If a misreave doesn’t have emotions to feed off of they will fade away. A group of misreaves is called a
Legion and they are led by an Alpha. The legion is usually located in a place of significance/a place with a famous history. Their symbol is the wings of a tenju behind a shield and on a shield the tenju claws grabbing the Earth.
Subtypes:
Light misreaves: feed off positive emotions such as happiness, elation, ecstasy, love, joy, gratitude, serenity, hope, amusement, etc.
Dark misreaves: feed off negative emotions such as sadness, jealousy, anger, frustration, doubt, despair, guilt, fear, shame, etc. Dark misreaves are characterized by their black leathery wings that protrude from their back and their claws that are stained red from blood. Typically, dark misreave legions are located places that have a bloody history.
Vescor misreaves: the original type of misreaves. They feed off energy; extinct
Muto misreaves: misreaves that can turn a human into a misreave; very rare
Ravager misreaves: humans that have been turned into misreaves; very rare
